Mango curry salad

2 ripe mangoes, diced
1 avocado, diced, minus one slice
3 green onions
1/2 fresh jalapeno, minced
2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1/3 cup slivered almonds

Curry vinaigrette:
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1 lemon
5 Tbsp olive oil
1 slice avocado, mashed
2 tsp curry powder

Mix the salad ingredients. Mash the garlic with the salt and then whisk in the citrus juice, olive oil, and avocado (for a creamy texture) and the curry powder. Dress the salad ingredients with the vinaigrette.
